💼 About This Role

You'll join our international IT Service Team as the first point of contact for global employee support, troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments. You'll ensure seamless IT operations by resolving issues via phone, email, or remote assistance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a shift-based support model in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for IT support requests from employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on macOS and Windows.
• Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices through MDM platforms like Intune and Kandji.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience in macOS and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and support.

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with video conferencing systems like Google Meet and MS Teams.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and TCP/IP.
