You'll manage a team executing Natera's billing strategy, ensuring collections and patient support. Your team will exceed performance KPIs while you act as the first escalation point for patient concerns. This role offers the chance to lead in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Supervise a team of Patient Success Specialists
  • Monitor and QA inbound/outbound calls, emails, and faxes
  • Manage processes from insurance verification to final collection
  • Develop and coach staff through training and performance management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Marketing, or Business
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement environment and insurance billing practices
  • Analytics skills to analyze payments and diagnose issues

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Xifin, AMD, or LIMS platforms
  • Training in business administration or accountancy
