Description

You will partner with the Media Supervisor to shape paid social strategy, lead client conversations, and own daily campaign management. You'll optimize performance, analyze data, and collaborate with creative teams to develop assets that improve results, driving revenue growth for healthcare clients.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience, primarily in Paid Social
• Experience in multiple paid social channels, paid search, or programmatic
• Platform expertise: Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit ads preferred
• Experience managing paid media budgets above $100k per month
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements
• Identify client goals and efficiency requirements with Account Managers and Media Supervisor
• Propose opportunities to expand media coverage and increase billing
• Responsible for generating reporting, insights, and communicating performance to clients
