You'll act as the structured feedback channel between field teams and product, capturing partner and customer insights on usability, feature gaps, and competitive alternatives. You'll drive MSP partner enablement for CISO Advantage, ensuring partners can deploy and scale effectively. This role uniquely combines product feedback, partner success, and end-user adoption in a cybersecurity context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture and report partner and customer feedback using agreed formats.
• Serve as primary field resource for MSP partner enablement on CISO Advantage.
• Support end-user training and onboarding through partner-delivered materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in a cybersecurity-related role.
• Experience working with MSP, channel partner, or VAR environment.
• Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery.
• Experience in a product feedback or voice-of-customer role in B2B SaaS.
