💼 About This Role

You'll own Airbyte's data platform end-to-end, from pipelines to BI tools, powering both our growing Data Replication business and the launch of our Agentic Data Platform. You'll translate product and usage data into strategic insights that shape company decisions, and build the AI-native analytics foundation that enables teams to query data through agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to become an AI-native data leader at a well-funded, fast-moving company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the data platform end to end (pipelines, warehouse, BI tools)
• Shape strategy and decisions with sharp insights on usage and growth
• Power internal AI workflows by building a structured data foundation
• Support Agentic Data Platform launch with robust data infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Strong data engineering chops (SQL, modern warehouse like BigQuery, dbt, pipeline orchestration)
• Track record of being the strategic data voice translating data into executive decisions
• Strong point of view on simplification and lean data functions
• Excellent communication for board conversations and memos
