You will lead the fastest-growing initiative at Coupang, building and executing program strategies to redefine e-commerce logistics. You'll manage cross-functional programs, monitor performance with data-driven insights, and continuously improve seller and customer experiences.

• 5+ years project/program management experience
• Proven experience leading complex projects
