Description

You will develop and manage strategic partnerships in the APAC region, focusing on the Chinese market, to drive client growth. You will recruit high-potential partners, negotiate terms, and optimize partner performance to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital Chinese market / Chinese language fluency required.
  • 4+ years partnerships or relevant work experience (business development, account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
  • Affiliate marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience required.
  • B2B knowledge and ability to recruit agencies or out-of-network publishers preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Knowledge of self-serve platform, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying.
  • Experience in sales or account management with small businesses.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.
  • Proven record of success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed creative problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to quarterly planning and execution aligned with client strategy and goals.
  • Create and execute recruitment and partner growth plans, including negotiation of terms and campaign setup.
  • Adapt strategies to meet client goals and communicate changes effectively.
  • Contribute to overall revenue goals through high-potential relationships and optimization in the Chinese market.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in APAC market and client verticals.
  • Identify and recruit new high-quality partnerships based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Foster and grow relationships with top-performing publishers.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and independently run regional calls with top publishers.
  • Pitch innovative opportunities to clients, overcoming objections and showcasing value.
  • Share initial projections and campaign performance results with clients.
  • Collaborate across departments to share best practices and escalate issues appropriately.
