💼 About This Role

You'll lead BJAK's global HR function across 8 countries, building systems and a small team from scratch. You'll drive talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership support while rolling up your sleeves alongside founders.

• Own end-to-end HR function globally
• Lead critical hiring across technical and commercial roles
• Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning
• Design and implement performance management frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Hands-on ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
