💼 About This Role

You'll lead the founding engineering team building a high-performance digital twin platform for Spatial Systems at a leader in cloud physical security. Your core impact is delivering the V1 spatial engine and setting the technical standards that 8+ product teams will use to overlay their data. This role offers the rare opportunity to build a team from scratch and shape the platform architecture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the V1 of the Spatial System image pipeline and collaborative editing protocols.
• Design modular, plugin-based architecture defining SDKs and APIs for product teams.
• Oversee ML and automated processing to transform blueprints and CAD into vector data.
• Hire and mentor the founding Atlas team of 4-6 engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Execution bias with a zero-to-one track record of shipping high-utility foundations.
• Strategic communication to negotiate technical boundaries across product teams.
• UI depth leading complex web/mobile apps using React, WebGL, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Data pipeline maturity building scalable ETL/ML pipelines for unstructured data.
