You'll support and improve a portfolio of business systems, contributing to change initiatives and partnering with teams across the organization. You'll collaborate with system administrators and stakeholders to maintain system integrity, support operations, and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor assigned business applications and integrations for stable performance.
• Support multiple systems concurrently with user setup, permissions, and maintenance.
• Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and test plans.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience supporting multiple enterprise systems (HRIS, Finance, CRM, PSA, T&E).
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (InvGate preferred) and structured support processes.
• Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously and prioritizing competing requests.
• Strong documentation skills including process documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Experience with Smartsheet database management.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and tools.
