You will coordinate the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment process, ensuring compliance with Medicare, OBRA, and Title 22 guidelines. Your work supports individual care plans and billing, making a direct impact on the well-being of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assure facility compliance with Medicare, OBRA, and Title 22 guidelines
• Support identification of Medicare entitlement and eligibility for prospective residents
• Perform utilization review (UR)
• Oversee gathering of information for assessments and care plans
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences
