💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a conference counselor for BBYO's annual August Execs gathering of teen presidents. You'll support programming, logistics, and participant well-being while fostering a vibrant Jewish community. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor future leaders and gain hands-on event experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a role model and translate BBYO experiences into learning opportunities
• Assist with daily logistical needs, program setup, and supply organization
• Support teen transportation from airport/train station
• Complete nightly room checks to ensure teen safety and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least one year out of high school
• Must be current university or college age
• BBYO (AZA/BBG) Alumni strongly preferred

• Prior experience in youth programming or counseling
