Description

You will drive outbound sales to restaurant owners, using a consultative approach to understand their needs and close deals on Square's ecosystem. You'll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with the Business Development team to source and convert leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years full-cycle closing sales experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to drive deals independently in fast-paced environment
  • Prior Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales, including prospecting, discovery calls, and demos
  • Execute outbound sales process: cold calling, emailing, social selling
  • Partner with Business Development to convert outbound leads
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
