💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion and flexibility. You'll work 100% remotely to deliver evidence-based therapy to older adults. Sailor Health takes care of finding patients so you can focus on providing therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using streamlined EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology for teletherapy
