💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality assurance for robot systems and hands in a logistics and FA automation startup. You'll drive QC activities from design to production and establish quality standards as the company scales toward IPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze quality defects and implement corrective actions
• Plan and execute durability and evaluation tests
• Create and manage design and quality documents
• Drive QC improvements using QC7 tools

📋 Requirements

• Experience with QC7 tools for quality management and improvement
• Experience with QMS and quality target setting
• Ability to read and interpret equipment design drawings
• Understanding of system flowcharts and bottleneck analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of design experience in engineering
• Knowledge of mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics
• Experience in cross-departmental improvement activities
