You'll support licensed colorists and learn services at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, aiming for promotion in 3-9 months. You'll provide seamless guest experiences and master hair color theory through hands-on training. This role offers a clear path to becoming a Licensed Colorist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist with finishing services and add-on product application.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4+ consecutive hours.
• Fluency in English.
