• Prepare regular financial reports and management analyses
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and analyze variances
• Support monthly and annual closing processes
• Prepare budgets and forecasts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Financial Controller or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good command of English and Czech
