You'll lead enterprise sales for conversational AI solutions, driving new business growth within your territory. Your core impact will be building and managing a high-performing team while personally engaging in complex enterprise deals. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets and pipeline generation goals.
- Lead from the front in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing Account Executives.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
๐ Requirements
- Experience selling Contact Center or Customer Experience solutions into enterprise organizations
- Experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a fast-growth environment
- Strong track record of personally closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, or platform-based solutions within the customer experience space
