💼 About This Role

As CISO, you'll own the enterprise security strategy in a fast-scaling fintech serving banks. You'll embed security into cloud, AI, and digital banking platforms, enabling innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mature enterprise security program aligning with NIST, FFIEC, PCI DSS, SOC.
• Identify, assess, and drive remediation of security risks cross-functionally.
• Develop multi-year security roadmap with regulatory and business alignment.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive information security leadership experience.
• Strong background in banking or regulated fintech environments.
• Deep expertise in NIST, FFIEC, PCI DSS, SOC compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading cloud security programs in AWS/GCP.

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certifications.
