💼 About This Role

You'll operate CNC VTL equipment to machine turbine engine components for a global leader in aerospace MRO. You'll ensure dimensional accuracy and collaborate with a team of experienced machinists in a climate-controlled facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate CNC VTL machines to remove material per specifications.
• Use inspection gauges, micrometers, and calipers for dimensional accuracy.
• Identify and correct machining problems related to tools and fixtures.
• Load, unload, and set up parts for machining processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC VTL operation and setup experience.
• 5+ years of experience in creative problem solving for setups, programming, tooling, and fixturing.
• Firm understanding of GD&T and critical dimensioning.
• Rework experience in a job shop or MTO environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Shop math including trigonometry.
• Technical drawing reading and interpretation ability.
• Experience with CNC Macro coding.
