๐ผ About This Role
You'll design the end-to-end onboarding experience for small businesses at Xero, turning customer insights into strategies that drive measurable commercial impact. You'll collaborate across product and go-to-market teams to integrate AI-powered solutions and improve support quality at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define end-to-end onboarding journey mapping digital and human-led touchpoints
- Identify and diagnose friction points using behavioral data and funnel analytics
- Partner with Customer Success to scale human-supported onboarding pathways
- Integrate AI-powered solutions for personalized guidance and support quality
๐ Requirements
- commercially minded approach to growth with experimentation plans
- proven ability to orchestrate go-to-market initiatives across teams
- track record of driving revenue and adoption in B2B SaaS or fintech
- confident communicator translating complex data into compelling narratives
