๐ผ About This Role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a new Hyderabad hub at a leading enterprise automation platform. You'll partner with hiring managers to design smart recruitment processes and build strong talent pipelines. This is an initial 6-month contract position at a company recognized as a top employer.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to design smart, structured recruitment processes.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and sharp interview frameworks tailored to each role.
- Run screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination with speed and precision.
- Produce weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline dashboards via Greenhouse.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in-house.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or tech โ a must.
- Familiarity with an ATS (we use Greenhouse).
- Consultative, relationship-first approach that earns trust.

- Combination of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Experience sourcing creatively from LinkedIn, professional networks, events, referrals.
