You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in a home health setting, enabling them to remain at home with comfort and independence. You'll be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team covering Fredericksburg, VA. This PRN or part-time role offers the chance to make a direct impact on patients' lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy visits to assigned clients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising occupational therapist.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of VA.
• Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE.
• At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
