You'll lead search strategy across our agency's owned digital ecosystem, optimizing for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search environments. You'll serve as a Content Editor, ensuring all content is structured for search performance and AI discoverability. This hands-on, execution-heavy role combines technical SEO, GEO, and content strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute SEO/GEO strategy across owned properties
• Optimize content for search intent, readability, and AI discoverability
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement updates in WordPress
• Track and analyze SEO/GEO performance using analytics tools

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Technical SEO and on-page optimization capabilities
• Experience with GEO / AI search optimization
• Experience editing and optimizing content for search performance
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing content strategy or editorial workflows
• Background in digital publishing or content marketing
• Experience with schema markup and advanced technical SEO
