Description

You will drive growth and clinical education for Ceribell's EEG technology in hospitals across the Pittsburgh region. Responsibilities include launching new hospital accounts, training physicians and staff, and expanding use of the system within existing facilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years medical device/pharma sales OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Effective problem solver with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs and adjust strategy
• Willingness to travel 60% (3 days/week) and work within a field-based team

Responsibilities

• Drive new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell use to additional acute or critical care centers
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites in partnership with Territory Manager
• Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on clinical usage of products
• Troubleshoot workflow solutions and partner with clinicians to establish seizure protocols
