💼 About This Role

You'll protect e.l.f. Beauty's systems, networks, and data by managing day-to-day security operations and participating in incident response. You will also help set guidelines, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement new security solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and design corporate security architecture
• Recommend and implement security solutions or enhancements
• Deploy, integrate, and configure new security solutions
• Produce monthly security operations dashboard with KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Information Security or equivalent experience
• 3 years hands-on experience with security technologies (PAN/Cisco firewalls, VPN, NAC, etc.)
• 3 years hands-on experience in incident management and security event response
• Working knowledge of cloud and email infrastructure security

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing network and host security policies
• Ability to work and lead on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and network protocols
