- Lead and manage a team of Systems Sales Engineers to achieve revenue targets
- Qualify opportunities, execute POCs, and serve as technical lead on major deals
- Develop team strategies to drive growth and expand market share
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software sales engineering
- 3+ years managing a sales engineering team
- Excellent understanding of networking, cloud, and security fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Vendor certification such as CCNP, CCIE, or AWS CSA Associate
- Experience supporting large enterprises, service providers, or government agencies
