💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution across company-wide priorities and strategic initiatives. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication, ensuring alignment across leadership and accelerating decision-making. This high-impact role offers broad exposure to executive leadership and company-building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution of company OKRs and strategic initiatives with leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, GTM, Impact, Finance, and People
• Own operating cadence including weekly exec meetings and quarterly planning
• Conduct analysis and provide actionable recommendations for special projects

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product ops, finance, business operations, or startup leadership
• Prior experience in high-growth startups or consulting + operating roles
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with executive presence
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic role
• MBA or advanced degree
• Knowledge of packaging sustainability or regulatory compliance
