💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and performance tracking of student-led ventures at ALU's Student Ventures Program. You'll conduct venture screening, founder coaching, and post-funding monitoring to ensure funding is deployed effectively. This role blends venture analysis with founder accountability in a pan-African context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen venture applications using defined evaluation criteria.
• Coach founders on data rooms, financial models, and traction plans.
• Monitor funded ventures through KPI tracking and milestone verification.
• Maintain venture performance data and prepare internal reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Management.
• Experience supporting or analyzing early-stage ventures or startups.
• Venture analysis skills, including understanding startup lifecycles and traction metrics.
• Strong communication skills for feedback and reporting.
