• Enhance, design and launch global total rewards programs
• Implement competitive, equitable compensation structures across regions
• Design and manage comprehensive global benefits packages
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive offerings

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a total rewards role
• Proven track record building total rewards at fast-growing tech companies
• Experience designing programs for a global, distributed workforce
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools

• Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP)
