💼 About This Role

You'll join a lean, senior team managing a high-traffic microservices platform processing billions of transactions daily. You'll own system reliability, respond to incidents in real time, and drive improvements in Kubernetes (EKS) and observability across cross-regional infrastructure. This role offers deeply hands-on production challenges at high scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor platform health and respond to alerts in real time
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for production stability
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
• Build and improve monitoring and observability across the Kubernetes ecosystem

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in high-load environments
• Experience with GitOps tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD
• Proven incident response and root cause analysis in production systems
• Solid experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go
• Familiarity with incident management tools like PagerDuty
