Description

You will drive the design vision for consumer-facing, multimodal AI experiences across voice, chat, and beyond, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and trustworthy interfaces that transform customer interactions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with consumer-facing products, including 2 years in lead capacity
• Strong expertise in designing multimodal experiences (voice, chat, mobile)
• Ability to translate design vision into high-quality execution within cross-functional teams
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with user-centered portfolio
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Bring design vision to life, ensuring clarity and usability across multimodal consumer experiences
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to align priorities and user needs
• Balance simplicity and delight in interfaces across voice, chat, and graphical touch-points
• Lead UX strategy with focus on multimodal consumer interactions and long-term vision
• Prototype and test interaction models for intuitive and trustworthy AI agents
