You'll lead the evolution of a conversational AI assistant for short-term rental hosts, managing guest communication and operational workflows. Your core impact will be shaping the future of agentic AI experiences through rapid experimentation and customer feedback. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences and autonomy frameworks
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences to drive retention and conversion
• Translate product ideas into implementation-ready specifications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in 0-to-1
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-native features in production
• Strong expertise in product growth metrics and activation funnels
• Deep understanding of agentic UX and conversational product design

✨ Nice to Have

• Daily active use of AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Native or near-native English communication skills
