💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team that powers Horizon3's internal data platform, enabling analytics and operational decision-making. You'll drive modernization of data architecture and ensure high-quality, timely data access. This is a remote-first role at a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead modernization of data architecture.
• Define data quality standards and observability.
• Act as product owner to capture needs and manage roadmap.
• Grow and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts.

📋 Requirements

• Platform leadership designing and operating cloud data warehouse in production (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack: dbt, pipeline orchestrator (Airflow, Dagster), managed ingestion (Fivetran, Airbyte).
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability with pipeline SLAs.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS data services (Redshift, Athena, S3/Glue).
• Experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark).
• Familiarity with Argo Workflows or Kubernetes-native job orchestration.
