💼 About This Role

You'll join the Kora squad to build a multi-modal voice AI agent that helps patients with medical bills. You'll work across the full stack, from data integrations to LLM prompt engineering, and ship features that real patients interact with the same week. This role offers hands-on GenAI work and direct impact on patient financial experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Experiment with and launch GenAI features with AI scientists.
• Engineer LLM workflows including prompt design and evaluation pipelines.
• Build infrastructure for insurance, billing, and third-party integrations.
• Review call transcripts to identify product behavior and feed insights back.
• Contribute to expanding Kora to chat, SMS, and outbound calls.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-stack engineering experience with measurable impact.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (integration or productivity).
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (primary languages).
• Comfort with non-deterministic systems and designing for LLM variability.

✨ Nice to Have

• React experience.
• Data pipeline and ETL experience.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or GCP).
