Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience including 3+ years client services
• Solid understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance
• Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven history of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in mentoring and growing team members

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as Engagement Lead, managing budget, scope, timelines, and risk
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure understanding of project vision
• Serve as key client contact, manage expectations, and resolve issues independently
• Lead experience design thinking workshops with clients
• Interpret client business challenges and collaborate with design and tech teams to deliver user experiences
