You'll lead high-impact mixed-methods research to shape how providers are attracted, onboarded, and activated within a fast-scaling national platform. Your work will directly influence product strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives supporting tens of thousands of therapists. This is a highly visible role where research directly drives growth and improved access to care.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives shaping provider growth strategy.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover provider behavior insights.
- Translate findings into recommendations for product and marketing teams.
- Present strategic findings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- Advanced degree with 3+ years (PhD) or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Proven ability to frame business problems driving measurable impact.
- Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders through data storytelling.
