💼 About This Role

You'll train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer. Your work ensures vehicles are in first-rate condition for customers, using state-of-the-art tools. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roofs and rocker panels
• Train other autobody technicians

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• ASE certification
• Experience with Bondo repair
• Previous training or mentoring experience
