💼 About This Role

You'll own the books across three jurisdictions at Light, building the finance function from scratch using modern AI tooling. Your core impact: designing systems that automate manual workflows and directly shaping the product we sell to finance teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable finance function using AI tooling
• Own month-end close & IFRS-compliant technical accounting
• Prepare group consolidation and statutory accounts
• Manage compliance, VAT, and payroll calendars

📋 Requirements

• Sole responsibility for a complete set of books as accountable owner
• Prepared IFRS-compliant financial statements independently
• Background in Big 4 or mid-tier audit practice
• Comfortable as sole technical accounting authority
