🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation, migration, and advisory projects
• Support team through coaching, 1:1s, and career development
• Monitor project health and identify delivery risks

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical, customer-facing teams in professional services
• Strong technical background in DevSecOps or platform engineering
• Experience managing complex enterprise delivery programs
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and drive resolution
