💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the internal foundation that powers our development lifecycle, treating infrastructure as a product. You'll create automated workflows and self-service portals that allow developers to deploy and scale services independently. This role eliminates friction by building a "Golden Path" for our engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain internal developer tools and self-service portals.
• Lead transition to modular, reusable IaC modules with Terraform/Pulumi.
• Architect robust CI/CD pipelines with security scanning and blue/green deployments.
• Define standards for logging, secrets management, and networking across microservices.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Platform Engineering or DevOps with focus on internal tooling.
• Deep expertise in AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, Step Functions, VPC).
• Proficient in writing Terraform or CloudFormation at scale.
• Write clean code in Python, Go, or Bash.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience treating internal tools as a product.
• Proven track record of optimizing cloud spend (FinOps).
• Experience implementing Shift Left security (Snyk, Trivy).
