💼 About This Role

You'll join Beam's growing Sales team to cultivate and close new partner relationships and drive resources to high-impact nonprofits. You'll work closely with the CEO and help shape the sales function in a fast-growing startup. This role offers significant individual impact and a chance to build from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate and close new partner relationships
• Identify and cultivate creative channel partnerships
• Pitch and test new verticals for expansion
• Synthesize partner requests into potential new features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in an Account Executive role with a startup
• Proven track record of hitting or surpassing goals
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in ecommerce or SaaS
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and in-person storytelling
