• Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival
• Coordinate handoff with EV Consultants for sales and deliveries
• Manage daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries
• Maintain clean front desk and lobby environment

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace

• Experience in automotive or hospitality environments
• Bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Experience with CRM or scheduling tools
