📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading Account Executives in B2B SMB sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through others
  • Experience scaling sales teams while improving efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills using data to guide decisions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with self-sourced outbound pipeline generation
  • Knowledge of regional market nuances in ANZ
