💼 About This Role

You'll build MarTech systems that automate marketing workflows and deliver business insights for PawChamp, a global dog-training platform. You'll work on ad analytics, AI-generated creatives, and operational dashboards to scale marketing campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end MarTech platforms for marketing teams
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines for advertising data
• Integrate Generative AI for creative automation
• Automate routine marketing operations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development with Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks
• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Airtable or similar orchestration tools
• Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI etc.)
• Experience with GCP or other cloud providers
