Description

You will own core data models and analytics products that drive track and catalog pricing decisions at Duetti, a company redefining music creator monetization. Collaborate with Finance, Data Science, and Product teams to uncover catalog performance insights, refine predictive models, and build decision support systems, all while having high autonomy and direct business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data analytics in high-growth environments
• Strong SQL & Python for data modeling, transformation, and automation
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Experience with music streaming data or creator-economy platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own core models, transformations, and analytics products for track and catalog pricing
• Partner with Finance & Management to uncover catalog performance and revenue drivers
• Refine predictive models and integrate third-party datasets with Data Science
• Design internal tools, workflows, and decision support systems with Product
• Dive into streaming performance to optimize acquired catalog performance
