You'll define the go-to-market strategy for Decagon's healthcare vertical, landing flagship multi-year deals with top US health plans, providers, and life sciences companies. You'll build the healthcare sales playbook from scratch, shaping product and compliance posture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for healthcare vertical.
- Close flagship multi-year deals with largest healthcare logos.
- Build C-suite relationships across healthcare buying committee.
- Author healthcare sales playbook and iterate deal templates.
- Translate healthcare buyer pain into ROI cases.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise SaaS sales with 4+ years in healthcare.
- Track record of building business in named Payer/Provider/Life Sciences accounts.
- Proven wins in complex, multi-stakeholder procurement with 7-figure multi-year deals.
- Experience as a playbook builder for sales processes.
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling AI/conversational AI into healthcare.
- Existing rolodex inside top US Payers, health systems, or Life Sciences.
- Founding-seller or first-vertical-hire experience at a startup.
