💼 About This Role

You'll lead the rollout and enforcement of supplier operational standards across Anduril's supply base, including packaging, labeling, and ASN enablement. Your work directly improves receiving efficiency and supplier accountability for a defense technology company building AI-powered military systems. This role offers the chance to shape scalable supply chain processes in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive supplier compliance to packaging, labeling, and serialization standards
• Translate internal requirements into supplier documentation and training
• Engage with suppliers through on-site visits to resolve gaps
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions for non-compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain or related field
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, or analytics
• Familiarity with packaging, labeling, and logistics workflows
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in data analytics or supply chain management
• Experience working directly with external partners
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite of products
