You'll join BAYADA's ANCC-accredited nurse residency to launch your career in home care. You'll provide one-on-one care to clients in the Twin Cities area. This program offers hands-on paid training and 24/7 clinical mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients
• Build nursing skills with tailored support
• Use electronic charting system (Cubhub)
• Work flexible shifts including days and overnights

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Pending licensure with NCLEX date accepted
