🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the company's litigation docket from initial claim to resolution
• Conduct risk analysis and develop litigation strategies
• Oversee discovery processes including document collection and review
• Manage labor and employment matters with HR and outside counsel

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from a recognized U.S. law school
• Attorney licensed in Texas or Illinois
• 2-3 years of litigation experience in personal injury, cargo claims, or employment matters
